Alfredo Salvador Vargas

Partner of the firm, specialist in labor law, labor relations, collective and individual conflict management.

He has extensive experience in the design of strategies to face and manage situations of labor conflict in all economic sectors, both national and global companies.

He has been a teacher at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, the ESAN University, among others.

Author of various academic articles and speaker at conferences and seminars of his specialty.
