Roberto Matallana

Partner at the firm, specializing in labor matters and in the resolution of labor disputes. He focuses his practice on legal advice for the solution of prejudicial, judicial, and administrative labor disputes, as well as on the planning of adequate labor policies for the needs of each organization.

He teaches at the Training Centre of the Pontifical Catholic University of Perú. Universidad del Pacifico, Universidad ESAN, among others.

He has published various academic articles in different specialist publications, having also participated as a speaker on updating issues in labor matters and labor proceedings.
