Jorge Toyama Miyagusuku

Partner of the firm, a specialist in labor law, labor relations, collective and individual conflict management, and labor processes. He is recognized as one of the main references in labor material in Perú.

He has been a member of the Advisory Commission of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion on various occasions. He has been a consultant for the World Bank, IDB, USAID, ECLAC, UNDP and the ILO.

He is currently part of the Board of Directors of the Association of Good Employers (ABE) of the American Chamber of Commerce of Perú – AMCHAM.

He is a principal professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, professor at the University of Piura and the University of the Pacific.

Author of various academic articles and books, including the “Labor Guide” with Dr. Luis Vinatea, which is the best-selling labor book in Perú.
