Eduardo Mercado Villarán

Partner of the firm, specialized in conciliation issues, and labor, administrative and procedural law.

He has more than 18 years of experience in the development of strategies for solution of labor conflicts, likewise in the defense of labor processes of diverse character.

Author of a variety of specialized articles such as “The Professionalization of Procedural Labor Law” and co-author of books in relation to labor matters: “New Procedural Law of Labor – Analysis and Comments” and “Comments About the Law of Productivity and Labor Competitiveness”.

Presenter of a range of trainings and postgraduates of training in labor litigation, including jurisdictional and administrative entities and also from the corporate line of business.
