Renato Mejía

Partner of the firm, specializing in labor and social security law, labor relations, management of collective and individual conflicts and sponsorship in judicial, arbitration and administrative labor procedures.

He has extensive experience in preventive advisory, strategy, policy and protocol design for relation management and labor conflicts, and labor audit, both in national and global companies.

He is a member of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law and professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Author of various academic articles on work equality, working time, new models of labor organization and international labor law.

Speaker at conferences and seminars of his specialty.
