Magaly Alarcón

Partner of the firm, a specialist in labor matters and in the resolution of labor disputes.

She focuses her practice on legal advice for the solution of prejudicial, judicial, and administrative labor disputes, as well as on the planning of adequate labor policies for the needs of each organization.

Recently, she has developed consultancy related to equal pay and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.

She has been a professor in postgraduate programmes at Universidad del Pacífico since 2015.

She has published various academic articles in different specialist publications, having also participated as a speaker on updating issues in labor matters and labor proceedings.
